Just wanted to say hello to anyone who reads.
Ive had anxiety/panic/depression/OCD and eating disorders for 10 or so years now. I also have a medical condition, 7 kids and am now kind of housebound with it all.
I used to work for the NHS, am an ex health professional ironically enough ;)
Would be great to be able to communicate with others who understand how it feels to be like this. Am going through a real nightmare at the moment, constant panic and free floating anxiety, the kind where everything looks cartoon vision-ish and you wake in the night with panic attacks. Not fun.
