help re tongue - having a panic

Ive noticed the tip of my tongue is kind of indented and irregular rather a smooth curve - does anyone else have this? xx

Hi,
When you say indented do you mean like scalloped around the edges as it could be cause by clenching your teeth and the indents are from the pressure from the teeth meeting the tongue.

If you notice indents on the tongue you can sometimes match them up to the teeth.

My tongue is very indented/scalloped.
