Hi all this is my first post here so here goes....
So last week i was eating my dinner and half way through it started to hurt when i swallowed in my chest/back region a few secs after the inital swallow. Since then every single swallow is painful, like a dull ache. I cant even work out if its got any better. The last 2 days ive been feeling a bit rough, achy and chesty but this could be due to my anxiety of it all.
Anyway im convinced i have some sort esophagel cancer (as it couldnt possibly be anything else obviously) and i am so scared.
i dont want to go to the doctor as ive just been referred for a genuine gynaecology problem (which funnily enough im not worrried about at the moment, but last month was convinced i had some form of ovarian cancer)
