View Full Version : useful resource for HA
I found this on the web, my therapist actually incorporates this into her sessions with the handouts and stuff, I just thought it might be useful to some of you here to look at.

Thank you for posting this link. It is always helpful to get another perspective.
you're all welcome :) I've found it useful with my psychologist and she thinks it's a good resource to use. It also gives you practical things to do in each module.

Just to make sure you all know, that site has CBT stuff for many different problems. I found them a while back and printed off a couple, as I find it easier to work from on paper. If you have a printer and can afford the ink to print them off then its better, plus you can always print out additional copies for the activities parts.
