hi guys i dont know what it is but for the last two days ive been jumping ad i drift off to sleeps i have recentley increased setreline 50mg to 100mg to

Yeah this can happen, no idea what reason or ryme there is to it but its not nice. Not a doc and I'm anti meds so can't comment on that but had the same problem in the past.

There is at present no know cause for why these happen just theories however it happens with me most often when I am overthinking before bed or not relaxing properly or sometimes when I am overtired. In my experience I just sit up and read news on my phone or go on an app for a bit to take my mind off stuff and clear my head.

It's a bit long winded at times but if you google hypnic jerks you can find more on it too. But basicaly I think if you generally try to relax more before bed it helps but also it is a very very common thing and everyone gets spells of it at some time so nothing to worry about and it will pass. :)
