small steps but I did it

Hi, today I not only managed to drive to town but I wandered round a few shops without panicking and becoming breathless, had slight dizziness and a bit of blurred vision , but carried on and got through it. This is the first time I have done this since summer, in fact one of the few times I have been out of the house. I did take my husband with me, but still proud of myself. :)
