:scared15:hi guys i dont know what it is but for the last two days ive been jumping when im drifting off to sleep i have recentley increased setreline 50mg to 100mg wa on 50mg for 7weeks the the saturday gone doc increasd ot its really scary

Does your doctor know about this? I don't remember the piece of paper in sertraline saying anything about jumping :unsure:

I had the jumping it's another form of anxiety and not nice it did pass but I was petrified as not a nice feeling.
I had sleeping pills on occasion which worked so I think the fact they were there relaxed me enough to let it pass xx

i sometimes get this it is just an over active mind trying to fight the body's need for sleep nothing to worry about but i know it is unnerving.

i am on sertraline myself.

I get on occasion when very anxious too - as well as vivid dreams, I think it is part of the crappy journey we are on x
