Blocked ears with anxiety?

Hi guys I have noticed that my ears seem blocked up almost like there is something in there but there isn't! And I've read that it is again a sign of anxiety! Does anyone else have this and anyone know how to relieve it for at least an hour lol!

Positive I've cleaned my ears out and even had my girlfriend check for more wax incase I couldn't see! They just feel so blocked up! Ill take on board any tips though! That I can try and 1:30am lol

The doctor needs to see it - it is not something you can easily see though.
