Any natural off the shelf helps?

Just wondering if anyone knows of any calming products in the UK that can help with relaxin or sleeping that have no known side effects or side effects that don't include increased anxiety! I am willing to try or pay any price and try anything because in all fairness I don't think I'm that bad because when I keep calm for the very little few minutes a day that I do I feel fine! But then my mind kicks back into worry mode again? Any feedback would be of great help?

Hi Nicola does this also help with DR/DP? I'm guessing because they are caused by anxiety it does? Have you had any reports that it helps those two horrible conditions? :)
