was fine upon waking this morning, then after my morning cigarette i got a really agonising pain in my right arm, just above the elbow
its as if i have been lifting heavy things which i havent but it has been sore now for almost 15 mins. its even worse if i stretch my arm out and the pain is slowly moving down into lower arm
i have checked the tia symptoms and i can hold both arms out thankfully
anyone any ideas please

ive now worked myself into a real panic, faster breathing, throbbing pain behind right eye, headache, light headedness etc
panic isnt the word!
