My eye sight?

Don't know if anyone can help! This week I have bee experiencing what I think is DP/DR for the very first time accompanied with sum really nasty head zaps! Now before this week my eye sight was extremely poor but now that I'm at the back end of the DP/DR and its more or less gone my eye sight seems to approve drastically? Can anyone explain this because before my eyes were great with glasses but poor without however now it's
The other way round my glasses give me eye straight but wheni have them off my Vision as really improve
