Same old, sleep been awful, only had 2 hours:weep:
and yes the familiar anxiety is here, just typing this post hoping
the distraction will help.....hoping to start quetiapine next week
so scared but also trying to stay positive that it will stop this
terrible sleep pattern and anxiety that always follows

I am awake and as with many,have bad sleeping patterns and anxiety is at it's worth at least for me, first thing.

Hi mands,
I have not slept either at all and currently sitting T the meeting at work, being absolutely not here. They all know that but if i stay home and take time off, my husband will not be understanding and i will feel like failure.
I am very shaky today and nauseous.
So inknow exactly how you feel as i feel exactly the same way today.

Hi Mandshere, I'm awake,although I did manage to get 5 hrs sleep tonight. But I did wake several times with a coughing/choking fit. That seems to be my big bad monster at the moment. I also wake with panic attacks and have to get dressed and go out for a walk at 'stupid o'clock' in the morning to calm down, but it's far too cold for that at the moment. So I share and commiserate with your sleep problems. I'm afraid I can't offer a solution, but I can let you know that you are not alone in this which may offer some comfort as three o'clock in the morning can make you feel so alone. So keep on keeping on and I hope the new meds work for you:hugs:
