OK so this has been happening for almost a year.
Things in front of me will drag in my vision, like if I were to wave at someone, I could see my hand in motion, slowly, as its waving. I don't know how else to describe this. When i'm on my phone, if i'm using my phone for something and I happen to move my phone, I will see the light from my phone drag as i'm moving it, in my eye sight. This sounds crazy, I have no idea how to describe it in further detail.
I've been to eye doctors but they looked at my like i'm crazy. Do any of you know what i'm talking about?
Its kind of like seeing something move from point A, to point B and see the objects path.

In that photo, you can see the light from the cell phone dragging in the picture. This is what I see with some objects but its not as slow as that, its quick but I can still see something like this in my vision.
I hope the picture can clarify what I am trying to say.
