ibs? churning- nauseous????

HI:)
Really not feeling great at the mo...:weep:
My stomach is constantly churning and i have had diarrhea :blush: and generally feeling nauseous....doctor has mentioned before about ibs but really not sure:/ does ibs present itself with a churning stomach? Also my Vit B 12 injection is due so not sure wether this is a factor too? be really grateful for any advice

ibs can definitley cause a churning stomach and nausea so also can anxiety so it might be a combo of those factors.
Try drinking some chamomile or peppermint or ginger tea all good for ibs issues
