Hot Flashes

Does anyone suffer from hot flashes, i have had 2 or 3,one of which spread to the whole of my body. This really freaked me out and i thought i was going to die. Has anyone else experienced this

Welcome to the site.

These are extremely common . Some people get hot ones , others cold.
Put hot flashes/ flushes into the search facility above and on the website there is a list of common symptoms nad this is very much up there .

Thanks for replying I was beginig to feel that I was starting the perimenopause although I still feel that this could be happening as I was having mild feelings of anxiety related symptomd before my husband became ill.

I should go back to the gp really but she told me i was to young for this which is quite a compliment ( i am 43 ) !!!

Yes, I get hot flashes and cold ones. I just try to pretend they're not happening.
