Hi
I am in my twenties and have anxiety problems. I went through an eating disorder a couple years ago and am a lot better now but it is just my anxiety that has stayed with me for so long. I get jaw aches and headaches and the most uncomfortable is my inability to focus..I get all floaty feeling inside my head and cant concentrate on things bc everything is a little blurry. I feel like im unstable and disconnected to my body.
I recently got a night guard for my jaw and it has helped amazingly with the jaw aches..but does anyone have any advice for my floaty feeling? I just want to feel like myself again but it is hard.
I started boxing and it has helped me a lot but I know I cant box 24/7 lol.
