Cold after Cold

I am now on my third cold in the space of two months! Whats going on! Never really suffered with colds but I am making up for it now. I am taking vitamins etc but it keeps coming back. Wondering if I do actually have an immune system!

Any tips? Or is there some underlying cause :-(

It does sound like your immune system is low at the moment (quite often happens when you are stressed). Try Echinacea it is very good for the immune system and keeping colds away.
