burning scalp?

Does anyone get a burning feeling on the side or back of head and also a feeling of pressure on one side?
I have had this and vertigo for 9 days and i am freaking out.

Yes.. I had this with my first major panic attack, extreme heat on top of my head and down toward my shoulders. (felt like I was on fire) It stayed with me for a while but has since gone, mostly because I am doing a whole lot better. I was put on muscle relaxant meds and it help as long as it was in my system. Think it is caused by tight muscle, not sure though. My panic was caused by stress.
