New anxiety, agoraphobia, panic

Hi new here, I've had these three for 2 years now they bother me every day with lightheadedness heart flutters, twitches, headaches, and sharp pains it all started in one day with a panic attack when I thought I was having a stroke. Joined this site to hopefully expand my knowledge of these disorders and maybe make some friends suffering the same things. Thanks my name is Jared.

I've been in the navy for 10 years now and there moving me again so stress is going to be high for the next few months. A success story though quitting smoking has helped me out a lot my heart flutters have decreased.
