View Full Version : Hi i'm new
Hi my name is Lindsay, i've struggled with depression for three years now :( just thought i'd introduce myself before i start posting. One of my main problems is borderline agoraphobia, i can just about go to work, but anything else is a struggle, can someone please tell me how to get over this!
Plan to be spontaneous tomorrow
Hiya Lindsay,
Welcome to the forum. Being spontaneous is good. The way to get over it is facing your fears in small steps and practicing at a given level before moving on up a stage.
