Counselling/cnt therapist

Hi everyone
Just wondering if anyone can recommencd any online/telephone counselling services or anyone in the Chester area. I have been having some cbt therapy but I am considering changing my therapist. I need help with the major anxiety I feel over my family mostly relating to my son.its just so hard to let him go. I know all kids fly the nest but i feel bereaved - even more than when i lost my parents. Just think that some sort of counselling will help me come to terms with things. Thanks.

Get in contact with Nopanic.org(not the same company), there is a £12 annual membership fee. They offer group telephone recovery and one to one counselling. I start my group recovery on the 20th December and am really looking forward to it. Join and pay online and then telephone the head office, they will give you all the necessary info on the group cbt or one to one.
