Aches and pains

Hi there, suffering with GAD, have had a dull ache in my right side for the last 2/3 days. Do we think its side effects or just my body trying to find something to worry about!! Am taking 20mg propranolol x 3 a day and 20mg fluoxetine daily.

Hi there :-) i get many aches and pains such as in my chest and back and i have been told it is a symptom of anxiety as you are tense a lot of the time I am also on propranolol but didnt.have any pains when first taking it so its possible it isnt that x
