feels like im wearing a hat

does anyone get a feeling like they are wearing a hat or wearing glasses
i dont take anxiety meds but i do take metformin i was one one a day
i have now gone onto 2 aday dont know if its them or what

Stress headaches certainly feel like a "band" around the head, I get these often. Also neck pain and shoulder soreness.

Seeing (no pun intended) that I wear glasses I can't comment on your other symptom :unsure:
