Guys I feel Constant wound up and Iritated and kind of face pain or heat ...and a kind of knot feeling in belly just not happy...

It looks like the anxiety is just building up, especially the burning and the knot...
Try to ignore it and welcome these fellings if you can, it will pass faster.
