Hello, having something for dinner. Not sure how much I can eat before it starts giving IBS. Which of these do you think is the closest to the right amount ? They are from a high street butcher he has them on display specialties from different parts of the country.

I remember my mam was saying that you have to eat for 1 meal as much as you can fit in your both hands.... That's not much is it, unless you have big hands.
