Hello to everyone on the forums :)
I've had anxiety for as long as I can remember, and until just recently I was happy the way I am. However a recent tide of events have really pushed my mental health over the edge, particularly my health anxieties, so I decided to swallow my pride and sign up here; hopefully I'll find some like minded people!
I must warn you I tend to be very apologetic, as I always try not to offend anyone. I'll be making a new post or two in a sec, but I'd rather say hi first than simply pop in, take the advice and get out. ^^;
