Anxiety worse when ill !!!!

Hiya,
I have a urine infection at the moment and feel pretty bad
with pain in my back and groin, but I'm also finding I feel quite anxious
and racing thoughts, have noticed in the past when I've been unwell this
is always the case.....does anyone else find they are more anxious/panicky
when ill

ughhhhhh yep right now! It stinks, I:hugs: have a migraine, and it is making me a nervous wreck. Hope you feel better.
