Hi all been a while I thought I cracked ha been of meds for a 8 months well here goes. went to. doctors for the contraceptive pill and doctor asked to check my blood pressure she did my left side and said that's really high and mentioned do I have problems with my blood pressure I said never so she said I'll do. it again same reading asked to do my right sidecame back normal then checked my heart and said she can here a heart murmer I was shocked she did ecg came back normal like my one last year so having echo in four weeks I'm scared to pieces I have slight pain on my left side chest I'm so thinking the worst

I must also point out huge stress from my husband ex partner giving us much strain can that cause problems and bring it to surface

Don't worry when i go to the doctor my blood pressure just shoots up. You will be fine i have a heart murmur they are common and nothing to worry about.

Try not to put yourself through unnecessary worry its just your anxiety taking a grip.
