Hi there I went to my GP who gave me a letter to take with me and has ordered me to take 2mg lorazepam at 8pm 4mg lorazepam at midnight and another 4mg at 6am so I will be completely out of it before I get there so unlikely I will need anything else. I am a total control freak I know.
