Hi people
I keep getting vibrations in my left side by ribs and nearly always have a burning feeling there. Have no idea what this is but its getting too much now, I'm worried sick. I don't know is it my heart my lungs or what but its freaking me out.
Anyone any ideas

feels like there is crackling in there too. I've had a chest xray and all clear so I really don't know what's going on but it ain't right
