awww she/he is beautiful :D i love cats, ive got a 4 yr old one that im sure thinks hes a dog, he talks to me, plays fetch lol and when im having a bad day he knows and gives lovely cuddles, i love him to bits xx
I think they are very therapeutic. I have a 2 year old Bengal/Siamese (on my profile pic) and he is terrified of the kitten lol!

i want a cat so much my husbands living with a bloke with 2 cats when me and my daughter stay we play with them and i feel so calm stroking them we r going this fri cant wait stopping untill sunday
Annie; he is the most gorgeous boy ever. Cats are the best. We rescued Pepper a year ago after she was abandoned and she is the love of my life. She brings so much joy and unconditional love to our lives. Saying that though, she's a little 'poo' (to put it politely) at the moment because she's discovered the xmas tree! Found her in it yesterday morning tangled in the tinsel and lights covered in artificial snow! xx
We have put our tree in the conservatory to stop the cats climbing up it. When Chai was a kitten (2 years ago) he had the tree lights in his mouth :)
We did wonder how she was going to react to the tree because it's her first xmas with us and we don't know what she is used to. She wasn't bothered at first and just sat underneath it but she suddenly developed a fascination. We also have lights wound round our bannister and she is hypnotised by them - sits and stares at them for hours. She's such a strange little cat. xx
Aww cats are so lovely. My 2 year old cat has just fallen in my big bag of wrapping paper!

I have a black rescue cat called Phoebe and we are also getting a kitten in the New Year. My cleaners cat has had five kittens and we went to see them when they were two weeks old and living in the bottom of a wardrobe. I'm nuts about cats always have been. EJ
Me too EJ. I have had cats since I was a child. my first was a siamese seal point and that is what my new one is. He is called Chiisai Ryuu which means little dragon but I call him Ryuu, My 2 year old, Chai is a Bengal/Siamese cross.

I'll need some help with kitten care. Not sure what to call him. It will be Jack or Bertie probably Bertie. I have a picture but it is too dark to download. He is black and white i.e. white face and bib, black body and white paws. EJ
When we took the kitten to the vets for his injections he said that if I hadn't bought him he would have only lasted another 2 weeks, he was so undernourished. The people had bought him from a breeder then decided they didn't want him.
Bertie is a nice name for a kitten x

Poor fellow I hope he is in better shape now? I think Bertie will need to be spayed at about nine weeks. He will also need to be wormed and de-fleaed. He might not be litter trained we will have to see. EJ
Male kittens are us but usually neutered around 5 months. They need their first injection at about 8-9 weeks.
Awwww Annie your new kitten is gorgeous! I can't believe that the previous owners didn't want him. Aww I'm so glad to see him in a lovingly home with a loving caring owner! Best wishes with him xxx
He is so sweet Kittyhan, My 2 year old is a bit scared of him but I think they will soon be good friends. (My 2 year old is on my profile picture)
I last posted in Dec saying my 2 year old cat was a bit scared of the kitten..Now look at them...I am so happy they get on so well together.1770

I never thought they would end up this close. the kitten has tried so many times to snuggle up and My 2 year old has just pushed him away, I am so pleased they can do this now :) It has made my day :D

Aww, they are both so beautiful, I would love a cat, but I sometimes look after my Mum's Greyhound and she is not good with small animals.

That is so cute! I wish my two would behave like that.
So damn cute! Cats are amazing. So relaxing to pet them.
The little one loves his snuggles and keeps patting me on my face with his paw, they are so loving. Mind you today little one has been a very naughty boy! Hubby brought breakfast in bed..Kitten jumped into hubby's bowl of cereal spilling it all over the bed (after I put clean bedding on yesterday). I put the bedding in the washer then asked hubby to put TV on. Where is the remote control? Hmm...in the washer!!!! Then little one went down stairs and knocked my bread bin off the shelf so now need a new bread bin!
Ahhh that is so cute!! He is beautiful!
