Feeling very strange :(

Hi guys last night I got no sleep although I tried and tried and tried but not even a minute! I tried again all morning and I felt what I thought was a pop in my head? Near to temple I'm not sure as I was just dozing off but it woke me! I tried again n I was very naturally sedated it not asleep! I had strange thoughts about a DJ promo flyer rushing through my head (no idea why) and eventually I dropped off after letting out a big scream of frustration and splashing cold water on my face! Well I got too sleep around mid day and I didn't wake until 8pm this evening! Wow! I know! Since then though my head as felt very strange! Almost lightheaded like I could pass out any second! I have a strange soreness sensation smack bang on top of my head just in the centre and I'm driving myself crazy thinking I'm dying or something serious is going on? Can anyone relate? :(

If I sleep during the day I feel really really weird especially if I've had no sleep the night before. I actually feel quite ill when I wake up and don't really feel normal again until I've had a proper night's sleep.
