Heart anxiety

Does anyone on here feel Like there heart will stop beating everyday check you pulse and can't keep still ? Also feel as though your not breathing so u twitch all the time is this shit normal ? Going mad ? Plus I have a matrix hangover YUK x

Feeling that right now about the heart beat I try my best to distract my mind with something else, sometimes i get so worked up that my body is just tired and i have to take a nap to he able to continue the day. Anxity is a terrible illness i hope with time you will concur this, just remember you have friends here to help.:hugs:
