Hello,
I am new here...
I am suffering from a mild depression. I have been on Citalopram (10-20mg) for more than a year and I currently getting off the meds.
I have been seeing counsellor for the last three months or so.
This is the first time I actually discuss my issues with other people with similar problems, despite the fact that I work in the Mental Health/social sector.
