Introducing myself

Hi I'm bep2 (Bridget)... I'm new to the site but have been reading threads for a while. I have GAD and in particular now ROCD. Not on any meds - have been on fluoxetine and diazepam in the past but I don't like meds as I don't know how I really feel. Anyway... I look forward to being a member!
