Escitalopram and afternoon naps

I feel terrible when I wake up after an afternoon nap.
I try to avoid napping at al cost, but sometimes get really drowsy.
Can anybody else relate to this?

Me too Daniel, I feel terrible every time I wake up after a sleep but just try to tell myself it will be ok once I get moving about again. I try to avoid sleeping during the day too but right now it's hard as since I moved up a dose I just feel sleepy all the time but fell asleep the other afternoon and felt horrendous when I first woke up, thankfully it soon wore off. But this will go away, it's all just part of getting used to the medication so hang on in there (:
