HI ALL HOPE U ALL DOING GOOD ,ANYWAY IM LOOKING OR SOME ADVICE ABT HEAD RUSHES , I DONT KNOW IF ITS WOT IM GETTING ITS REALLY FREAKING ME OUT ,ANYWAY MY SYMTONS ARE I CAN B LYING WATCHING TV THEN I FEEL IF MY BRAIN IS MOVING OR SHAKING IT SOME TIMES FEEL S LIKE I HAVE THE BUTTERFLYS I GET IN MY STOMACHE IN MY HEAD ONLY LAST A SECOND BUT IT FREAKS ME OUT .I GET IT MOST AT NIGHT IN BED OR RELAXED.

IVE HAD ANXIETY SINCE I WAS 8 NOW 32 ,AND MY PSYCH SAID I HAVE PURE OCD WHICH I DONT BELIVE BC I DONT HAVE ANY RITUALS OR THAT ,ANYWAY THANX FOR READING TAKE CARE SUSAN XX

Hi Susan

Yep I get these occassionally too, infact I had it yesterday but I have learnt to accept it.
I wouldn't say it is the same as a head rush but still just as anxious, some people say it is due to an overload of adrenaline which does make sense.

hi lainey thanx for replying , adrenilin thats it ,thats whats it feels like a adrelin rush to ma head ,cldnt think of that today when i was posting , i got myself thinking i have brain cancer or taking seizurs ,i dont want to go back to docs the last time i went they sent me 2 the psych doc in a&e

Ive had this and my face and head go all tight feeling,its horrible,but yes it seems to be adrenalin
