Well - my Dr has referred me to a Health Team that work in our area and I called them today to arrange an appointment - the nurse I spoke to said that she wanted to meet me to discuss my panic attacks and hyperventilation and she thought a course of CBT may help me and would let me know when weve had our initial consultation. That is on 8th spetember - and Im already nervous about it - what exactly is CBT and will it help?? I would do anything to help me gain control over my breathing so I can stop a panic attack or ride through it without fearing it.

Love wenjoy x
