Pins and needles

Does anybody get pins and needles randomly. I often get them in my toes and feet if my foot is at a funny angle but get it in my toes randomly for no reason at all..

I'm worried it's a problem with circulation and I have an unseen issue with my heart or a neuro problem.. I have had many tests for many things so am trying not to let t get me too worked up x

Pins and needles can come and go as they please. I often get them around my head. It i try not to worry about them. I wouldn't look too much into it some people can just get them also they can be a symptom of anxiety. X

I have them all the time , i've had every test in the book . Mines is caused by me constantly breathing to quickly and getting to much air
