Hi, not sure what to say really...

I'm a twenty-something year old woman from North Yorkshire and I suffer anxiety, quite often depression and also minor OCD.

I think they must be hereditary traits because my mother also suffers them although she seems to suffer the OCD to a much greater degree.

It's nice to find somewhere where people understand. :)
