Hi I was off work this year for around 5 months I did a phased return I got help through a psychologist but my attacks have returned to the point were they are taking over my life again I keep getting lightheaded and palpetations I'm on bedranol 80g I take one a day sometimes two I'm scared that I won't be able to do my job anymore has anyone got any advice to any other options to ease this don't think my doctor really understands I get palpetations go light headed as I'm going to have heart attack
