Pain at the side of & in breast feels muscular?

My right breast feels sore not to touch just inside and at the side. It's mostly when I move my arm or take a deep breath.. I've searched for lumps there & my armpit and can't find any.. I'm worried sick!

I'm worried its a tumour pulling on something.

I get this often when I am ovulating or a week before my period, but if you are a man then this is of no help to you.

It does sound like it could be muscular.. take lots of warm baths and see what it is like in a weeks time. If you are anxious then it is very common to tense up and get a LOT of pain in all areas of the body. Try to take some comfort in the fact that cancer doesn't usually cause pain and it does sound muscular or hormonal to me.

Hi I've had the same thing quite a few times, the last time i got a appointment with the Dr, I was told its muscular, when i've had it i get a burning hot feeling when the pain is, mine always goes after about a week, its only ever on one side, i would try not to worry if i was you, i'm sure its nothing serious x :yesyes:

Thanks for your help. I'm trying to think positive but it's hard.

I'm using heat etc just hope this goes away.
