pre christmas worry and illness

due to working in a school i've picked up a nasty flu bug all i've done all day is go in and out of sleep but when i'm awake struggling to stop the panick as i have loads to do and feel guilty about being in bed does anyone else get this

I don't get the flu but I do feel guilty about sleeping when I should be doing stuff. I would imagine that this is not uncommon. All the best.
