Hi,
I've been browsing the site a little while but have only just registered.
I've been height-phobic for many years, but this has spiralled into a new problem for me because I have just learned to drive and I can't cope with elevated sections of road, big bridges etc. I was out for my first lesson on the Motorway today and had a panic attack on an elevated section of the M4!
I have a bit of generalised anxiety along with my depression (23 years of), for which I am currently on citalopram 20mg.
other things about me are I like cats, sci-fi (hence the name), creative writing.
