a few days ago i had what felt like a hair at the back of my throat , ever since im constantley clearing my throat , and very anx when i eat in case its gonna get stuck also worried sumthing is growing and is gonna block my throat , :( very upset atm , wanna go the docs but they are gonna think im stupid ,

its common with anxiety to feel a lump in the back of throat and it may feel like something will get stuck. try not to think about it too much and it should go away but if you keep thinking its there it will stay x
