What's wrong with me :-(

[Anxious lu]

I am Realy worried. I'm on holiday on Rome at the moment. Walked up large stairs at the colosseum and panicked because my thighs ached so much after. I worried because I though omg the muscles in my legs are weak.. Why?!

My long after my chest felt empty in a way I would take a breath but felt like a couldn't it felt tight too.. Not painful just tight. has phased off but I'm really worried there is something Wrong with me. I've had this feeling before and the hospital said I was fine and sent me home. I have been twitching Like crazy too especially in my eye?!

Probably nothing wrong with you. If you do any excercise that you're not used to, like walking up stairs, you're going to ache. I wish you all the best.
