Feel like I can't be arsed with anything anymore including work life just getting dressed in general I hate the way I look I binge eat I can't even get out of bed because I'm so exhausted all the time ! I tried to get my naila done this morning but my anxiety was so high I cudnt even sit there till the end so Iv got half finished nails I think I have depression but because I'm always tired and exhausted n feeling sick I feel like I'm terminally I'll in sum way :( i can't even enjoy a simple conversation because it just seems like so much effort does anyone else have thi what's wrong with me :( xx
