sensitive eyes

does anyone elses eyes get very sensitive to light? i was just wondering if this had anything to do with anxiety.

Hi Chris

When I was acute my eyes would get sensitive to light, the lights in shops and sometimes just a bright day. I did put this down to an anxiety symptom, it still happens from time to time, but not often now and mostly when stressed over a major problem.

Yep, since I've had anxiety I really struggle with brightness and also my vision isn't as good as it use to be. Doing too much brings on my anxiety which in turn makes my eyes work.
