DP!!!! same time of night

Hi
Does anyone get DP and it seems to come at same time of day
last 3 days round about this time of night it's horrible:weep: feels
like a curtain coming down between me and everything, lasts for
anything from 1/2 hours then last night I got bit of a headache
after, but to me the strangest thing is it feels like I've put glasses
on and everything is clearer ( does that make sense to anyone)
Can feel it coming now, so trying hardest to keep panic at bay
and get really tired as well
Anyone one have any advice on what to do

manda I have this constantly for about 2 months now. I know how hard and horrible it is. you just need to tell yourself its just a symptom, distract yourself the best you can and keep telling yourself its ok message me if you need to x

Welcome to my world. There is a saying "when in Rome" I fear it less and less these days, its actually enjoyable once you get your head around it.. problem is for me it dosnt last for too long. Just remember its you that as created it, see it as an old friend.. . trust me on this ;)
