Adrenalin need some answers guys

Hello everyone have a quick question is it the adrenalin that mostly cause the pains and weird aches that drive the pains I asked the question today how to get rid of it quickly.and I I got some great advice my question is can the andrenlin cause all the discomfortand sensations or is thete other demons at work as well its just it seems to even kick.in when im not anxious when they kick in thats when I get the aches and pain then I get worse and worseand more anxious

Well just from being tense can cause aches and pains.

Adrenaline speeds up your heart, it does make you tense up, but also breathing too fast can cause the PH in your blood to change, which can cause cramping.
